You MUST read the following before proceeding.


Web Browser, OS

Use one of the following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari. Update the browser to the latest version before use.


Language to use

Use English or Japanese letters. This system may not recognize other language letters. For the file names, use English letters only.


Registration

  • Do not register more than once per application period. If you wish to re-register, contact to the admissions office.
  • Old passwords (issued for the previous applications) cannot be used.
  • If you don’t receive an email informing you of a login password after the user registration, check the spam/junk mail folders. If it is still not found, contact to the admissions office.


    • How to change uploaded files

    Press the "Delete?" button to delete an uploaded file, then select a correct file using the "Select a file" button. It may take some time for the new file to be reflected in the check box, but make sure to press the "Save" button after changing the file. Then it will be reflected after a while.


    How to check entered data/files

    Press the "View" button to review the data that has been entered or uploaded. (Ignore the shaded columns.)


    Returning to previous page

    To return to the previous page, do not use the back button of the browser. Use the "Back" button of the application site.


    Complete Application

    Your application will not be completed until the "Final Submission" button has been clicked. Note that the "Final Submission" button will not become active until all the necessary information and documents, including Letter of Reference submitted by your referrer, have been entered or uploaded. Although you will be informed by e-mail when your referrer submits the letter, please contact them in person if you have a concern. If you fail to press the “Final Submission” button before the application deadline, your application will not be proceeded.
