[Web Browser, OS]
Use one of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 8 or later, Google Chrome 43 or later, Firefox 38 or later, Safari5.1 or later. With the older versions, some buttons may not work. If you use Windows 10, we suggest to use Internet explore instead of Edge that is standard with Windows 10.

[Language to use]
Use English or Japanese letters. This system may not recognize other language letters. For the file names, use English letters only.

- Do not register more than once per application period. If you wish to re-register, contact to the admissions office first.
- Old passwords (issued for the previous applications) cannot be used.
- In case you don’t receive an email informing you of a login password after the user registration, check the spam/junk mail folders. If it is still not found, contact to the admissions office.

[Change uploaded file]
Press the “Delete?” button to delete an uploaded file, and re-upload a correct file using the “Select a file” button. It may take some time for the re-upload to be reflected in the check box, but make sure to press the “Save” button after changing the file. Then it will be reflected after a while.

[Check entered information/uploaded files]
Press the “View” button to review the data that has been entered or uploaded. (Ignore the shaded columns.)

[Returning to pervious page]
To return to the previous page, do not use the back button of the browser. Use the “Back” button of the application site.

[Complete Application]
All applicants need to click the "Final Submission" button before the application period ends. Please note that the "Final Submission" button will not become active until all the necessary information and documents have been entered or uploaded. This includes the Letter of Reference to be submitted by a referrer (applicants’ supervisor/professor). It is the applicants' responsibility to ask the referrer to upload the letter in time. (Applicants will receive a notification email once the letter has been uploaded for you.) If the “Final Submission” button cannot be clicked before the application deadline for lack of required information or documents, your application will not be accepted.
